Collection: Rested

Being able to rest and relax is important for your body and mind. To help you feel more relaxed and rested, there are a few things you can do.  So, try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. This will help your body get used to a routine.

In addition, be sure your bedroom is comfortable. Keep it cool, dark, and quiet. Make sure your bed is comfy and your pillows are soft.

Try to do things that help you relax before bed.  You might want to read a book, listen to music, or take a warm bath. Attempt to avoid things that might make it hard for you to sleep.   You might want to learn some relaxation techniques, like deep breathing, meditation or yoga. 

Create a bedtime routine that you follow every night before you go to sleep. This will signal to your body that it's time to rest.   Get regular exercise during the day. This will make you feel more relaxed but avoid doing it too close to bedtime.

Remember, everyone is different and what works for one person might not work for another. Try different things and find what works best for you.
